SEO - Making Original PLR Copy Unique by Christopher Angus

Sometimes you get stuck with PLR articles (public label right articles) that seem very out of date, boring or stale. There are five basic ways to change the content of any article to make it more unique.

1) Reword the headline

2) Replace words with commonly used synonyms

3.) Change the structure of the content by switching paragraphs around

4) Personalize the content with your own language, colloquialisms or more modern expressions

5) Make recommendations, review products and insert your own opinions and thoughts wherever possible into the original content.

Your next step is to submit these rewritten articles to syndication sites. Other webmasters may print your article as long as they print the resource box that has a link back to your site. Make sure you make this a condition of reprinting the article or else you will end up having your articles pinched and will receive very little business in return.

As a web entrepreneur this clever use of PLR material can save you hours of hunting around for reciprocal link partners. The article is simply picked up by other webmasters and over time you will collect hundreds of links back to your site or pings to your blog.

Enthusiasm is required even more than expertise. You can simply take PLR content that you have already and paste fragments of it into your blog along with some comments. You then can monetize that content with your affiliate and Google Adsense links. If you want you can even add a little object on your blog site that allows them to give you their email address.

As long as you have a blog make sure to optimize each and every entry with as many links as you can without looking greedy or tacky. This is one sure way to earn multiple streams of income with your content.

SEO - Writing the SEO Tip Sheet by Christopher Angus

Compilation writing is as simple as gathering facts together, rewording them and putting them in some kind of list. You only need about 250 words to write an ad or a blog. When it comes to the Internet, if you can make a list, you have the talent to write!

This is the type of article that you see that has suggestions such as "Top Ten Ways To Waterproof Your Sun Deck " or "Three Surefire Ways to Get Your Cat to Swallow a Pill." All you really need to write this type of article is a bit of know how about what you are writing about or good researching abilities.

The idea is to find tips that are unique or that are genuine answers to questions that people ask on about the topic. The most successful approach is to actually gear the article so that it makes the product you are writing about the answer to your question so people are encouraged to click on that affiliate link and buy it.

It is even better if you can make your top ten lists humorous. Think David Letterman when you think of your own top ten lists. A good example would be something like "The Top Ten Ways to Move in With Your Kids Without Them Noticing." This is a successful formula and the type of article that is often picked up by some huge websites, especially those catering to family, shopping and entertainment. It just never seems to go out of style and the Top Ten List can also accommodate a range of sense of humor - from the very savage and scatological to the very light and child-like.

Tip sheets don't often have humor but they are "evergreeners" when it comes to information. If the information in them is valuable and timeless you will always have visitors to that tip page on your site.

Increasing Online Retail Sales with Affiliate Tracking Software by Michael Saunders

An essential element of the success of any Internet Marketing campaign is the ability to analyze the traffic to coming to your Website. A key business mantra is that if you can't measure it, you can't manage it.

The are a number of techniques that the best Internet Marketing Strategies employ to jump-start Website traffic building. These strategies include article marketing, blogging, search engine optimization and email marketing.

Luckily for the Internet offers a wealth of excellent and accessible tools for analyzing the success of each of these strategies.

Running an online retail stores can be a profitable business venture; however, it is one that does not come easy. With a large amount of online competition, many business owners are finding it difficult to make a substantial amount of income from their online store, especially small business owners. If this situation sounds alto familiar, you should not give up. Instead, you are urged to look at other ways to increase your online sales. That can easily be done with an affiliate tracking software program.

If you are wondering what affiliate tracking software is, you are not alone. There are many business owners who are unsure exactly what it is, even though many of them are actually using it. To understand how your business can benefit from this software, you must first learn what it is and what it is used for. Affiliate tracking software is vital to the success of an affiliate program. Essentially it is the affiliate program that helps to increase your business?s sales; however, that increase is not possible without affiliate tracking software.

The main goal of an affiliate tracking software program is to help you, the business owner, understand where your sales are coming form. This is extremely important, especially if you have more than one affiliate. An affiliate is defined as a website owner, webmaster, or web publisher. Once you start your own affiliate program, it is likely that you will work with a number of these individuals. You will work with them by giving them links and banner to your online store. With special software, the affiliate tracking software, those links and banners will be coded and monitored. The software program will then, easily, be able to determine which one of your affiliates helped your business generate a sale.

************************************

Did you know?

To have a significant increase in income in affiliate marketing, an affiliate can actually do three things. First of all, the affiliate must search for a profitable Website. Next, she'll need to link with companies that are generous with their leads. Last, the affiliate will need to locate a progressive and rising company online then recruit affiliates for the company.

************************************

A large number of business owners already participate in an affiliate program. Most of them have seen success; however, it is important to remember that you will not be guaranteed results. Of course, it is important to remember that any business strategy takes risks. If you are interested in determining firsthand whether or not your business can benefit from an affiliate program, you are advised to get searching. That search should be for the affiliate tracking software program that best fits your needs.

When searching for affiliate tracking software, it is likely that you will come across a number of different software programs. There are hundred of available programs for you to choose from, but not all of them are the same. Before deciding on an affiliate tracking software, you are advised to examine all of your available options. This can easily be done by comparing a number of affiliate programs, side by side. You can either do your own comparison or you can easily find similar comparisons already done online. These comparisons can be found with a standard internet search.

In addition to the services and features included with each software program, it may also be a good idea to examine how much that software costs. A number of affiliate tracking software sellers charge a flat rate for using their software program. That flat rate will generally be enough until the software program is updated or goes out-of-date. On the other side of the fence, there are software sellers who charge a monthly fee for using their affiliate tracking software. If you are interested in just testing the waters, these may be a wise choice for you and your business. In most cases, if you decide that your affiliate program is not in the best interest of your business, you should be able to cancel your subscription to the software program. This cancellation often allows you a way out, without having to lose any money.

By taking the time to research and properly examine a number of different affiliate tracking software programs, you and your business may be able to see a substantial increase in sales. Many times, business owners are not only able to pay for their software, but also see a steady rise in profits.

SEO and The Six Figure Income Myth by Christopher Angus

There are a lot of Internet gurus out there that are telling people they can make a six-figure income by using SEO techniques or by selling information on the Internet. This type of lie is usually marketed to you buy the old fogie type gurus in who mainly make a six-figure income is by selling how-to books about copywriting to people who don't know a thing about it.

The truth is that you can be self sufficient as a writer working on the Internet and unless you are also a very successful and skilled multi-level-marketer you probably won't make a six figure income. A four-figure income is realistic and a five-figure income is possible. SEO is not some kind of magic bullet that can make you rich overnight. Once you apply search engine optimization techniques to your content it is safer to say that you might be able to make a living at it within two years.

There are people who do make a lot of money on the Internet but they usually run huge writing factories out in India who pay their writers pennies for writing full articles. They are outsourcers who outsource a second time to get bulk writing work done cheap. These companies also have SEO software. These companies can take any piece of writing, put it through software and automatically change it so that it is different from the original. Sometimes these companies give the articles a brief rewrite to make it 30% different from the original and then just use a Replace and Change type function (like in Microsoft Word) to add keywords.

Very few marketing gurus make big bucks unless they are marketing a book or software with television ads. The irony is that most of these guru books about SEO recommend writing your own SEO book in order to make a million or else get involved in some kind affiliate marketing pyramid scheme.

Earning Online by jim mcgarry sr.

Some would say reading emails or taking surveys online is not worth it. It is worth it sense the company paying is sharing its revenue. http://www.sendearnings.com/?r=jmcsworld. Take the time sign up and you will recieve a few emails per week and get paid for clicking on them. How 'get paid to read email' programs work? Simply, online advertisers pay commissions to the paid email companies for sending their advertisements via e-mail to members who want to get paid for reading emails. When you receive a paid e- mail, in order to receive your cash you should click on the link and visit an advertiser's web site.

Aside from affiliate programs paid to read emails is a good extra source of income.

Surveys are good source of extra income and provide good feedback for companies marketing products.

What is the average amount you will get when you are making money taking surveys? Well, companies will pay you between $1 and $20 per survey. It is really rare that you will make the $60 to $200 per survey that some companies claim. If you are looking for making money taking surveys in that range, you will be in for a surprise. Most sites will be able to offer you between 1 to 4 surveys per month. If you follow home business circles there are many other areas like mailorder, selling on ebay, and hundreds of different things you can sell to earn extra income.

Home publishing being an area many try they publish calenders, cards and many other nice items. Whatever you try dont rush into it and investigate and research your area before spending money. Paid to read emails is a good area to earn extra cash, clicking on emails, reading them all the while the companys share ad revenue With you.

SEO - Making Money Writing SEO Reviews by Christopher Angus

If you are a reviewer or critic you are likely to find work writing reviews of products and services on the Internet. This is quite a common offering however don't expect to be reviewing anything ordinary. Usually the types of things that are offered up for review are insurance sites, credit products, Clickbank products and porn sites. Also you might find that this pays really low, unless you can add search engine content optimization to your skill set.

Most actual product descriptions that are done for the Internet are done in house. The same goes for catalogues. Yet the first thing that most writing gurus on the net will tell you is that there is tons of catalogue description work available on the net. In fact this is the type of work that you see the least of for freelancers on the auction sites - nowadays the SEO blog or article is replacing this type of Joe work.

Reviewing products on the Internet can pay even lower than other types of writing. Once again this only pays off if you can write quickly and do large amounts of reviews in bulk and if you know how to search engine optimize a product description. Of course it can also depend on the length of review that you are assigned. A 250-word blog type review might go for as low as a dollar each. A 1,000-word review goes for about 150 dollars or less. In fact the average price is about ten bucks each for a thousand-word review.

Of course if you are a prolific reviewer you can make money by reviewing products on the Internet and attaching affiliate product links to the format you are writing in. It is more profitable to simply open your own business rather than hire yourself out. Just make sure that you are writing a good review of whatever you are writing about especially if you are the SEO affiliate of the product.

3 Ways to Make Money with Your Domain Name by Hooshmand Moslemi

Probably, you have heard about making money online. Also, you have seen lots of different programs and systems that help you earn cash on the Internet. It could be selling stuffs, being an affiliate, running a website, etc. Now, there is another surprising concept: making money with your own domain names. But, is it really true?

Shortly, I have to say that it is possible to earn a living with domain names. Today, there are lots of people starting their own businesses based on this kind of opportunity. But, first of all, you will need to know how it works.

Basically, there are 3 different ways to make money with your own domain names:

1. Buying domain names at low prices, then selling them higher:

Believe it or not, one of the most important secrets of a powerful and popular website is having a good domain name. Thus, many website owners are looking for such domain names and willing to pay a lot in order to own them. Suppose, you had registered that domain name earlier, so you are the person who sets the price and win the deal. That´s it. You have purchased the domain name at a very low price and have sold it many times higher. But the secret is that how you could get those good domain names. Actually, several years ago, it was not difficult to register a good domain name. But, today, it has become harder and harder. Yet, there is one promising solution: buying expired domain names. Everyday, thousands of domain names are being expired due to forgetting the payment of annual fees. After a while, the expired domain names will be deleted and then be available for everybody who wants to purchase it. Among those expired domain names, you can find some valuable, well-established and attractive domain names.

There are some sources on the net where you can find the needed information about expired domain names. On the other hand, you can find some sources to put your domain names for selling. At those auction places, you will see how the customers are bidding and competing in order to grab your domain name. Doing this business properly with working carefully can bring you a lot of profits.

2. Selling advertisements on your parked domain names:

Another way in this approach is to put advertisements on your parked domain name. You register a domain name, then park it on a specific marketplace. Besides, most of them allow you to choose some keywords related to the topic of your domain name. Afterwards, you can see the related advertisements on your parked domain name as sponsored links. These ads are often based on pay per click action and you will get paid whenever someone clicks on the ads. This way is a good idea, even if you intend to sell your domain name later. In fact, the earnings depend on the amount of your visitors. So, it would not be a huge amount of money. However, it could help you earn extra money with your own domain name.

3. Redirecting your domain name to a specific page:

The third method is actually an accessory way. For example, you are an affiliate, a person who sells the others´products or services. In most cases, you, as an affiliate, have a web page like the seller´s, but the difference is your URL address, that is to say your domain name. It is too long and full of various numbers and letters. Sometimes, it would be difficult to market or advertise a page with the URL address like that. Thus, you may need a better web address. So, it is time to register a related domain name and redirect it to your affiliate page. It means, whenever someone types your domain name in the address bar, the page will automatically be forwarded to the affiliate web page. In this way, you send traffic to that web page and if a sale is made, you will make money. So, it could be another way to make money with your registered domain name.

The above mentioned methods are the main ways that help you make money with your own domain names. But, naturally, it is business and there is always risk with any businesses and don´t forget that the whole process of making money depends mostly on your ambitions, individual capacities, expertise, business experiences and desires.

Good Luck!

Home Based Business Internet Work Opportunity by Obinna Heche

Most home based business internet work opportunity requires time and effort. There are numerous methods to open a home business and an internet work opportunity will take time and money to nurture into a full grown venture able to pay your bills and more. While the amount of effort required in different businesses will vary, the proceeds realized from those efforts will also be different.

Regardless of the type of business you plan to operate, there are a few issues common to all and the effort needed to overcome them are also very similar. The biggest one is marketing your home based business on the internet, which is vastly different from traditional marketing in that you are not marketing a specific item or service, rather you are marketing a specific product, or brand, to which you want to draw visitors.

Your web site is going to be the basis for your income and will be the proverbial first impression people have of you and your business the first time they visit. If your site is a jumbled mess and difficult to navigate chances are the visitor will not stick around long enough to find out what you are offering. If you are promoting several different online businesses, it can be even more daunting to a visitor to figure out which one they want to be part of.

A home based business internet work opportunity can provide a decent income if you are willing to put enough time and effort into it to keep it in front of the public. Having a great looking site that is organized and fully functional is only half the battle. The site has to be able to be found my people without someone having to hold their hand on the way. Search engine optimization, links traded with other popular sites as well as affiliate marketing can help traffic find your virtual parking lot.

There is sure to be an online busiess available for every interest and for every level of effort, but one thing to remember is that the effort exerted to build and market the site will directly affect the return in monetary form. There may also come a point when the product or service has reached a point where you may have to think about diversification and start looking for another home based business internet work opportunity to add to your existing one.

This will definitely be another avenue for increased income. Again, adding a second or even a third home based business will only be as effective as the work you are willing to put into it. However, if you find yourself working more and enjoying it less it may be time to find another line of work.

Apple iPhone Making Money Opportunities by Harrace

As soon as Steve Jobs announced Apple's plan to launch the iphone, a couple of things happened:
1. Apple's share price increased more than 8% within 1 day.
2. The other major cellphone makers, including Sony Erission, LG, Nokia and Blackberry suffered a 1% to 2% loss in share price within 1 day.

How can you make money from this iPhone mania?

There have been a lot of discussions in forums and blogs about the Apple iPhone, with both postivie and negative comments.

Postive comments include it looks cool, integrating features of a phone, iPod, and internet capabilities.

Negative comments state that it's expensive - US$499 for 4GB and US$599 for 8GB, it doesn't support 3G.

The iPhone may look cool, but why this announcement has raised Apple share price for close to 10% in one day? I think it boils down to the salesmanship of Steve Jobs during his speech. He said passionately that the iPhone combines three products -- a revolutionary mobile phone, a widescreen iPod with touch controls, and a breakthrough Internet communications device. I remember him also using terms such as the software in the iPhone is "5 years in advance" of other similar software.

Further, with the unprecedented success of the iPod, which has turned around Apple, there is a strong emotion that iPhone will be another smashing hit, bringing the revenues of Apple to the next levels.

I think this will almost certainly be true. So how can we tap on this iPhone making money phenomenon?

#1: Buying Apple shares - Though the share price increase has already been reflected after the announcement, I expect the share price will go up for the 2nd round, after the launch of the iPhone.

#2: Though the iPhone does not support 3G, which is not popular in the US anyway, it should have good wi-fi capabilities. So more people will be surfing the Internet on the road using iPhone. This will make the Internet marketing pie grow much bigger. It's time we prepared for Internet marketing campaigns targeted for these Internet users.

#3: Write articles on iPhone, like this one in your site and submit to articles directories. This will draw more traffic to your site, and in turn, you can monetize the traffic via Google AdSense, affiliate programs, as welling as selling your own products or services.

#4: Sell iPhone accessories - After the launch of the iPods, there are a great demand for iPods accessories. Similarly, I expect there will be a great demand for iPhone accessories. As the early bird catches the worm, it's time to source for the products now.

What about selling iPhone? If you are already selling cell phones or iPods, adding iPhone to your inventory is a good idea. However, if not, the costs of the supply and the frequent change of new models are some of the concerns you should be able to deal with first.

© 2007, EMarketSociety.com, Hasnuddin Hamdan

If you are retired it does not mean that your days of making money are over. Sure, you will be getting money each month from different sources such as a pension plan. But pension plans can hardly cover living expenses nowadays. Coupled with longer life expectancies, you will probably need to do something to have sufficient means for existence. If you have to work after retirement, why not go for the jugular and get rich?

The bottom line is that just because you retired does not mean that you cannot cash in on the Internet trends that seem to pop up time and time again. Anybody can easily get access to the Internet. And if you can access the Internet, you can make money; it is that simple.

The first thing that you will need to do is learn everything you can about making money online. And of course the best way to do this is by going online! As you can see the Internet is quickly becoming the best way to make money no matter what age you are.

Your next step is to find an online opportunity that you are comfortable working with. This can be done in several different ways. One of your best options may be to get involved with an online venture that corresponds with the job that you used to do before retiring. This way you will have some knowledge of what it going on, which will in turn make the learning curve much more manageable.

At the same time, you may be thinking that you want to try something new. If this sounds like you, you are in the right place. The Internet is nearly endless in possibilities. No matter what you have in mind, putting it into effect is more than possible if you take your time online.

To find a way to get rich online why not look at what other people have done? Try to meet as many people as you can online and also read success stories. This will give you a good idea as to what is available, and how you should go about getting started. Some people find a way to tweak one little thing in an existing business, and turn it into millions. But before you can do this you need to know what is available.

Being retired does not mean that your money making days have to be over. In fact, you will have more time than ever before to devote to making money. This will make the task of actually getting started much more manageable.

Getting rich online is more possible today than ever before. This holds true for both retirees and young people alike. If you want to get rich online, start researching available options, and stick with your plan. Pretty soon you will be making more money online than your pension plan is bringing to you.

Breakthrough money Making Secrets Revealed by Tony Braithwaite

Breakthrough Money Making Secrets Revealed

So you want to start your own home based business selling on the internet. If you do you really need to read Holly Mann's best selling ebook and you will be laughing all the way to the bank.

I have read loads of ebooks about making money on the internet and I just can't believe some of the rubbish that is churned out. Some of them are just ideas and that is what they are IDEAS that are just useless especially if you are a beginner. People are paying £30 or more for Joint Venture ideas that are rubbish. They sound good but the average person would never be able to set them up.

Holly Mann's book is different...it is great for the beginner because she starts at the beginning and assumes you haven't much knowledge on selling over the internet. In the first two chapters she informs you how to get started even if you haven't too much money. She explains all about affiliates and how to set them up for just the price of a domain name purchase....£4 or so.

Here is a chapter from her book:

There are dozens of ways to profit from being an affiliate without even having a website.

As an affiliate you can also profit and drive website traffic to the merchant's website through posting in online forums. A forum is an online discussion group, where participants with common interests can exchange open messages. You can do this by including a signature block at the end of each of your posts containing a link to the affiliate program of your choice. Some forums do not allow direct affiliate links in their posts but there are plenty that do. The same applies for when you are writing articles online and would like to contain your affiliate links within the text. I know Ezine Articles does NOT allow direct affiliate links but there is an easy solution to this. You need to purchase a domain name.

After that she moves onto website design which is good because to move your business onto the next rung of the ladder you will need your own website..These are easier to set up than you might think. I use Dreamweaver but you can use Frontpage or one of the hundreds of free sitebuilders around. You can download some free website templates as well if you wish.

You also have chapters on Website Content, Profiting per click, Search Engine Optimisation, Website Stats, Advertising your website, Tricks to get a higher website ranking, Press Releases and Ebay advertising tricks.

I have read books costing two and three times more than Holly's book and to tell you the truth, you don't get as much info as you do with this. It is packed with links to everything you need for your first exciting steps into internet marketing. There are loads of tools that will help you but until you start to make some sales I don't think you can justify spending money on these.

At the low price it is a great buy and includes all the info you need to get started.

Finding Hot Products That Pay Well by Gary Harvey

Big affiliate commissions are mighty attractive, right?

So let me point you to one of the easiest, most accessible ways (there are others - read on...) to find hot markets that PAY WELL.

Our research tool of choice today is the "Earned Per Sale" data from ClickBank.

If you don't mind what you're promoting as long as it pays well, this strategy is for you. Of course, it's going to generally work better for you your site is relevant to the product.

HOW TO FIND TOP-PAYING PRODUCTS:

Step 1.

Go to www.ClickBank.com and then navigate to their Marketplace.

In the search panel at the top, there are only 2 fields that we want to change away from their default settings. One is the Category - it won't work if you don't. And also the "Sort By" field. For that, select "$ Earned/Sale".

Here's what the top paying products per category will pay you. Note: this the list may have changed by the time you read this, but the principle will remain the same:

Business to Business -- $87.94

Health & Fitness -- $95.24

Home & Family -- $96.17

Computing & Internet -- $87.94

Money & Employment -- $78.38

Marketing & Ads -- $90.21

Fun & Entertainment -- $67.49

Sports & Recreation -- $100

Society & Culture -- $96.17

Now, let's see how POPULAR these top products are.

Step 2.

We do another quick search of the ClickBank Marketplace, but this time we will be setting "Sort By" to Popularity. If the same products come near the top of your second search (and they usually will, from my experience) you've found a hot product that is selling well and pays well.

In fact, you've got a handful of them.

IN A NUTSHELL:

How do you find hot products that pay well? Search the ClickBank Marketplace, paying attention to the "Earned Per Sale" information as well as Popularity.

Reseller Programs to Earn Income by Steven Gerber

Sometimes staying at home has its own advantages. Not going to work on the other hand may pose other problems. Like for instance where will you get the money to finance your daily expenses? Some people may just laugh about this fact, but staying at home does not necessarily mean that you can't earn money.

Yes, you've heard it right. You can actually make money even if you don't leave the house. How you might ask, it is through reseller programs. Many people are attracted to take part in many forums on the net, and most people are into affiliate marketing. Why not participate in a different venture like reseller programs.

If you have second thoughts, then you must first familiarize yourself with what reseller programs are. It's simple; a reseller program means that you'll be a retailer for a certain company. So how do you do this?

Start by signing up for a reselling program. The company which supports the program will tell you what products you're going to sell, and the equal charge for each item sold. In most cases, you will need your own website, and this is where you're going to sell your products. If a certain customer is interested, put all his/her personal information in your control panel and the hosting company will be the one to set them up for a particular program.

There are also companies which provide a website, and you will just build it according to your preferences and set the prices. This is much better because the website is already there, and you just need to make little improvements so that the site will suit your preference.

There are free programs, while others require you to pay membership fees or set up fees. Do a bit of research on the different reseller programs, and you can find one that will work for you.

Reseller programs are potential income generators, especially for those who want to conduct a living in their homes. Although this is less popular compared to the affiliates, it also offers opportunities for earning income. You just need to get things done in the proper manner. It requires low maintenance but produces high profit for financial independence.

Being a reseller does not make you an employee of a certain company because you act independently. You will be paid based on the sign ups made and this will done on recurring basis. This means that you can do the work at your most preferred time.

Before signing up for any reseller program, there are certain things to consider.

First and foremost, identify what you want to resell. Almost all hosting companies prefer outsourcing so they can focus more on running their business.

Then choose among the programs available on the internet. Make sure that you choose one that has positive record and already well established. Don't jump at offerings which promises high yields but is not yet well experienced or established.

After choosing the program, its time to attract prospects, and the best way is to look for smaller firms or individuals.

Hosting companies prefer reseller programs because they are able to cut down costs on staffing and/or equipments. They only need to pay a minimal amount in exchange for your services. It would be best to find a particular situation in which you'll be comfortable to resell in order to be successful in this venture.

Finding A Hot Niche - Two Ways by Gary Harvey

Do you think you'd like to start an Internet business because of the exciting possibilities it offers for self-directed success? What product or service should you offer? How will you keep abreast of the competition?

You might already have a great product of your own in mind and you just want to test it to make sure it would sell. In that case, check out affiliate programs for similar products. If they're selling well, it's likely that yours will too.

Of course, finding a way to make yours especially attractive will help you beat the competition. You can, for example, offer free shipping or establish an informative newsletter that will build a loyal base of customers and fans to help spread word of mouth about you.

FOR EXAMPLE, HAM RADIOS

Let's say you have a passion for ham radios. You eat, breathe and sleep them.

Now, there are quite a few ham radio equipment sellers online, but what if you set up a mailing list and a monthly newsletter about the latest news in ham radios that visitors to your site could subscribe to for free?

And then, what if you also sold ham radio equipment and accessories at competitive prices?

Maybe even "Tell two friends about my newsletter here (provide a handy text box for them to type their e-mail addresses right in there on your site) and you get $3 off your order."

Bingo, two ham radio enthusiasts come to your site effortlessly, thus increasing word of mouth and potential customer base.

FINDING A HOT NICHE - TWO WAYS

If you're not sure what you want to sell, eBay and Amazon Marketplace offer two means to help determine current "hot niche" trends by going online and simply researching top sellers.

Once you find something you think you'd like to sell, your next steps are similar to what you would do if you want to test a product you're already passionate about, as described above.

* Check out affiliate programs of similar products to see if they're selling well.

* If at all possible, find a way to provide interesting content that relates to your product.

* Establish a mailing list and share your thoughts about your niche topic.

BENEFITS

Not only does this give you a ready customer base and growth through word of mouth as one of the channels, but it provides you a way to test new (related) products you may be considering.

It also helps you keep abreast of what customers like, want and need, keeping your finger on the pulse of the market so that you can make changes as trends require. After all, your subscribers should represent a good cross-section of the very market you serve.

The possibilities are endless!

Free Website Building, Is Free Always the Best Policy? by Jason Marchildon

When you type "Free website building" in Google it comes up with 513 million results (at the time of this publication). That is just the words "free website building" not in quotes.

Wow! That tells me that there are many people who have information online for you to research, and for that many websites to have information on this subject that tells me there are defiantly people looking for free ways to build websites.

The number of sites that I visited offered free building tools, free web hosting, free 25 megs of web space, free this and free that. It occurred to me that if someone was on a limited budget and the only way they could put a site up would be to use one of these sites, I would have to say "Oh no".

It might be ok for someone wanting to put pictures online but for a business site, I would have to no way, do not do it.

I will give you two compelling reasons why not.

The first reason is that there are banner ads flashing around your site designed to take your customers away from your site, never to return. To top it off they don't even offer you an affiliate's income for sales originating from your website! I do not think that they intend to run ads that compete against your business, but it happens. I just think the banner ads have to make a certain number of impressions and if a competing ad happens to come up on your webspace, oh well it is nothing personal. They are offering you free website hosting and tools to build your site.

The second will knock your socks off. I will not mention the site you will just have to take my word for it. Last year I happened on a site that offered free hosting. They offered the same stuff that other free web hosting sites offer. I was at an internet marketing conference and I overheard someone talking about a website: It was a website that I had personally visited. What I heard I would never forget.

The site offers free web hosting but if your site does extremely well and visitors are spiking they have the right to your site, content, domain name, you name it they can claim it as their own because it falls into the realm of corporate ownership. Now you tell me, if you are making enough money at this point to purchase a domain name, web space and marketing tools then I recommend you do this before someone claims your ideas.

REMEMBER - You get what you pay for, so if your investment is free, then someone has to be flipping the bill. Right?

When looking for free website building where you do stop looking? Do you stop looking when you find a site that offers you less banner impressions then the next site? Do you stop looking when you find a site that offers you one gig of space and a complimentary baseball cap with their name on it? All they ask is you send the shipping and handling fee and it is yours?

These are just a couple of experiences that I have had online. My aim is not to discourage you from downloading and using free resources online. In my experience the more time I spend online the more I become aware of the potential pitfalls that may arise from slick and savvy companies marketing to me.

There are many fantastic, reputable, sophisticated and cool websites that ask only that you use their sites in hopes of future sales. This, I have no question. Even though their services are free to use, companies are investing and offering products that might appeal to you. So use your wits when looking for "Free" services online, know what you are getting and what you are willing to forfeit.

Quick Tips to Internet Millions with Articles by Don James

Are you trying earn a living online? Writing articles can be one of the best ways to promote your online business. Here are some quick tips for writing and submitting your own articles.

Tip#1: Article Length

When choosing an article for your website or distribution, make sure that its length is optimal for search engine optimization. Articles that are as short as 300 words or as long as 700 words should fit into this category. Even if search engine optimization is not your goal, it is still a good idea to keep your articles at this length for your reader's sake. They are not likely to finish your page if it is any longer. This could leave them with only half of the information you wanted them to have or leave them with the impression that your site is just plain too 'wordy'.

Most people online do not want to read a website page as they would a book, so the shorter the better - even if this means splitting one long idea into 4 or 5 pages. Be sure to label each section so that the reader can pick and choose which part they want to read or so they know what is coming up next.

Tip#2: Placing Affiliate Links

How your affiliate links are positioned on your article can really make a difference on how many potential clicks you end up getting. This is very important since every click could mean a potential sale.

Research has shown that the most effective affiliate links are text links - not big flashy banner ads like most affiliate websites are cluttered with. Your article and your link have to work effectively together to drive interested readers to your site. A bad article and an unrelated link to an unknown product are just going to confuse your potential customers and simply drive them away.

If at all possible be sure that the link text is the same as your own site - the search engines will be able to cross reference the link to the title properly.

Tip#3: Keyword Density

Keyword density and placement are important parts of optimizing your articles for search engines. Search engine spiders scan a page in a way that makes it important to place your keywords where they will be detected and recognized as a keyword, so that your article will come up when someone searches for that keyword.

A keyword is a word that is going to be placed in your article several times, not just once as that would make every word a keyword. When a spider sees that you have a word placed several times in an article, it will determine that your page may be useful to users that search for such a keyword.

Keyword density is how many times your keyword is placed in your article. Most use a percentage to determine how many times they will put a keyword in an article. For instance, if you have a 500 word article and want to achieve a keyword density of 5%, then you will need to have the keyword in your article exactly 25 times. You can find hundreds of resources and guides recommending one keyword density over another and the reasons behind the logic, however, in the end you will have to determine which density is more profitable for your articles.

No matter what exact density you choose, it is important to place keywords so that there are more at the beginning and end to produce an hour glass effect. Having the right keyword density in your article makes it more likely that you will make money off of that article because it will rise in the search engine results and be seen by more people.

Articles are probably the best way today to drive traffic and grow your own product or affiliate business to internet millions!

Home Business Make Money Online by J Howard

You've heard all the stories about regular people like you and me starting a home business and earning money online and getting a great six-figure income from the Internet. These people have no special business or marketing training, they didn't start off with a huge amount of capital, and don't spend 18 hours per day working on their home business. In fact, it seems that they're able to make money online without expending very much effort at all. How?. What's their secret?

Well, there are actually a lot of different ways to consistently -- and legally -- make money online. For example, if you have a product to sell, it would be very easy to get set up at a few different auction sites. The best type of products are digital information products or eBooks, once you own them, you can sell it as many times as you like and earn a lot of money online. Many people start there home business with simple digital products as there is no real cost involved apart from advertising, even then there are many great free advertising methods out there. Thousands of people make a full-time living just from running auctions. Even if you don't have a product to sell, you can still make money online. Many people get their start from putting up a simple website and filling it with affiliate links that generate a commission every time a visitor clicks on the links. Of course, you would have to have some good of content on your website or it's not likely that visitors will keep coming back to it.

If you're a bit more adventurous, you can try to make money online from various investment programs. You can either hook up with a program that is already in place, or strike out on your own. Some of the existing programs out there consist of private investor's clubs and HYIPs. A private investor's club is a group of people who pool their capital together in order to invest it in various financial markets. Usually, one or more of the members is a licensed broker or seasoned analysts, so the investments are both savvy and mid- to low-risk. The major drawbacks to a private investor's club is that you have to be invited by a current member in order to join and you usually have to provide a significant investment up front.

HYIPs are another vehicle that regular people have used in order to make money online. A HYIP is a high-yield investment program, and is based on some of the same principles as private investor's clubs. With HYIPs, however, membership funds are used to invest in very risky prospects that can either go bust or pay off handsomely. Most HYIPs are open to any and all comers, so you don't need to know anyone in order to join. But make sure that you check out the HYIP you are thinking of investing in as there are a lot of scams, best to do your research with this type of program.

In order to make money online from your own investment know-how, you can sign up with an e-trading firm and trade stocks, bonds, and futures all day long with just a few clicks of your mouse.

These are just a few of the innumerable ways to make money online. You can decide to pursue one of the avenues mentioned above, or turn your own original idea into a gold mine. Either way, you're sure to be able to find a niche that will allow you to generate a steady primary or secondary income stream.

How A Clickbank Affiliate Became a Clickbank Seller by Gary Nugent

Back in September 2006, I knew little or nothing about affiliate marketing of Clickbank products. Sure, I'd bought some products from Clickbank, but even though I've been making a fulltime living online for the last 3 years, I only ever saw Clickbank as a place to buy digital products, not as a potential revenue stream. Funny how you can miss the obvious, isn't it?

Anyway, that all changed when Affiliate Project X was launched in early October. This isn't my review of Affiliate Project X (if you want to read it, go here), but Affiliate Project X did open my eyes to different marketing methods and to the revenue potential that Clickbank offered.

One piece of advice given by Affiliate Project X is to create a bonus that's relevant to the product you're promoting. Yes, it's a bit of work. But it makes your particular offer unique. And if the bonuses you offer are good, that means more sales.

So off I went, looking for good products to market and then to build bonuses around. If you've ever tried to identify quality Clickbank products, you'll know how time consuming it is.

It was after a few weeks of trawling through Clickbank that the idea for a bonus, for products that promote Clickbank itself one way or another, came to mind.

This bonus would make it easier for people to find hot products to promote, saving them time and money (time is money after all!) I thought it would be a good bonus to give away with Affiliate Project X, to anyone who bought through my link.

Finally, the bonus was ready but I wanted some independent assessments of it before I made it public, so I contact some marketers whose opinions I trust.

They all said: "Don't give it away..." Huh?

"Sell it!"

So Clickbank Elite was born.

Selling Clickbank Elite was a whole different proposition. I picked up a copy of Dominating Clickbank which provides great advice on how to go about selling products on Clickbank and motivating affiliates to sell on your behalf.

Armed with that knowledge, I launched Clickbank Elite in late November. It's proved popular with Clickbank affiliates and the number of sales is actually increasing. It's great knowing I've created something that useful to people.

Just this month I added a whole new module to the software that allows owners to promote popular Clickbank products through what I've called "CB Ads". You can see an example of a CB ad block here. Refresh the screen to see what happens with the ads.

These are Adsense-style ad blocks that promote the most popular Clickbank products. There are 9 sizes of ad to choose from. The colors of the ad border, background, links, text and display URL can be changed, as can level of popularity for the products displayed in the ads. Not only that, but products can be filtered by keyword and/or Clickbank category.

One thing I'd become aware of when I was researching Clickbank was commission theft, so I've made sure that all affiliate links in the ads are cloaked.

a href="http://www.clickbankelite.net" target="_blank">Clickbank Elite also sells itself through the "Ads by Clickbank Elite" cloaked link beneath each ad block.

And, since CB ads are not contextually driven, you can mix them with Google Adsense ads and not worry about breaking Google's rules.

Looking back, a href="http://www.clickbankelite.net" target="_blank">Clickbank Elite has come a long way from its initial idea as a bonus for another product. Without the help of Affiliate Project X, Dominating Clickbank and the encouragement of fellow marketers, it would never have been created.

It's funny how your start down one road and end up going down another. I'd encourage you, if you have an idea for a product or bonus to give it time and go and develop it. I hope my example and experience shows you what's possible with a little imagination, time and effort.

Gary Nugent has been an internet marketer for over 3 years and makes a full-time living online. He recently launched a software package called Clickbank Elite designed to help Clickbank affiliates find and promote hot Clickbank products: http://www.clickbankelite.net

Gary has also created a 35-page report called "Getting Started With Clickbank". You can get it here: http://www.clickbankelite.net/ClickbankReport

Internet Wealth by Robert Herzog

How would you like to see some of the latest ways to make some cash at home on the net? Ever thought of on-line gaming, joining affiliate programs, paid surveys? For the past few months I've had some time to research some neat ways to work from home. Check out some of the links at http://wealthproducer.wetpaint.com for some easy cash making opportunities.

About the Author

Hi, My name is Robert and for the past few months I have been researching ways to make money on the net. I've come across some pretty neat stuff and would like to share it with others.

The Power of Internet Marketing by Cheow Yu Yuan

Internet is the most powerful medium in this world now because through internet, you can reach out to billions of people everywhere, and anytime. Therefore, internet marketing has become very popular among people who want to leverage on the Internet to make some money online.

There are basically unlimited opportunities available on the Internet. Just take a few minutes and type "Internet Marketing" into Google. You will find that there are millions of websites that offer different opportunities to you just by a click on your mouse.

From affiliate marketing to article marketing, from blog marketing to online MLM, there are a lot for you to choose from. But choosing the one that is most suitable for you will be crucial to your success online.

Internet also brings you other value other than making money online. For e.g. if you have a band and wish to gain more awareness so that you can let everyone know your music, you can make use of techniques of internet marketing to realize your goal.

You can create a website with a mailing list for people to join your "fans base". Through the techniques of Internet marketing, you can increase the traffic to your website and thus increasing your members in your list. As more people visit your site and they like your stuff, word of mouth marketing will come into your place.

When you have a substantial traffic base every month, you can then choose whether to provide advertising space or sell some of your band's merchandises on your website to earn some money if you want.

From the above example, you can see that internet marketing can be use not just to earn money online, it can also create values for non-profit purposes too!

I do encourage people to learn the skill of internet marketing. It is a life skill that can bring values in whatever you are doing now.

Internet Marketing Products - Who Can You Trust? by Dave Lovelace

If you're timid about investing in Internet Marketing products and services because you fear that you'll get ripped off, you're not alone.

With a continuous saturation of product launches vying for your dollar, it's getting harder for you to know which product is the right choice.

Now, more than ever, you want to know, "Who can I trust to live up to their promises?!"

If this sounds like you, here are 3 things to look for before making your next investment:

(1) Testimonies

How many times have you purchased a product because you read a compelling testimony from a customer on a sales page?

I'm willing to bet that this one factor alone has been the deciding factor that led you to the order button many times over.

Why?

Because it's unbiased. There is no other motive for them to leave their feedback and opinion of the product other than to express their appreciation for the product's value.

That's priceless.

If a customer / user of a product says it lives up it's expectations, then it's a powerful indicator that the product can be trusted to live up to it's promises.

(2) Trusted Sources You Know

Rely on recommendations from trusted sources. Perhaps you've been on Marketer X's newsletter list for a long time and trust his or her recommendations based on their previous history.

While everyone can 'miss the boat' on rare occasions, you may have found that someone you know and trust usually gets it right. Go with that.

(3) Reviews

These are the most powerful of all.

But be careful. There are alot of so-called reviews posted on blogs and web sites from marketers who pretend to you give you their honest opinion.

But are they really unbiased? Is there an ulterior motive behind the review?

The motive for a marketer to write reviews should be one of two things:

A. To alert you that a particular product or service may not live up to it's advertised promises and thus may not be for you and your goals.

B. To let you know about promising resources that have proven to save you time and/or dollars in achieving your online goals. "Proven" being the key. And being proven by the one recommending the resource is a huge plus.

However, I've noticed a disturbing pattern in most of these reviews.

I've found it very rare to read a review online where any level of critical or negative feedback is given.

Seems that alot of marketers have a very uncanny lucky-streak, that most of us don't possess, that have allowed them to only purchase and use flawless products.

This points to an ulterior motive. And is usually identified as an affiliate link!

Frankly it's hard to trust a review 100% when it's flanked by various Ads and/or an affiliate link.

With that said, let me say that there's nothing wrong with honest marketers, who have your best interests at heart, monetizing real reviews, or other useful content posted on their sites.

It's a legitimate way to provide a valuable service for subscribers and customers while also paying the bills.

But, as a consumer, when given the choice of reading a review that is attached to an affiliate link or Ad, and one that is strictly for content only, which would you choose?

This brings us back to.. who can you really trust?

Before you invest in your next Internet marketing product or service, look for unbiased reviews from real customers, and you can put away your fears.

How To Promote Affiliate Products From Your Blog by Gobala Krishnan

An extremely effective, low cost and low risk way of making money from your blog is to promote other people's products as an affiliate. By merely linking to the merchant's website with a special link provided by them, you can make commissions over and over again as your blog grows in traffic and popularity.

Although you can promote both physical and digital products, I prefer the latter as they typically pay more commissions and are easier to sell. Here are a few ways that I have personally used to make $500 - $2,000 in sales of affiliate products every month from my blog:

1) Interview The Product Owner

Who better to answer questions and clarify doubts on a certain product than the owner himself? By arranging for an interview with the owner or a representative, you get to be the middle-man and ask the most important question on behalf of your blog readers.

You can conduct interview easily using Skype and a recording software that integrates with it. Once recorded, you need to do some minor editing using Audacity, a free audio editing software. If you're using Wordpress as your blog platform, you can easily install some podcasting plugins and get the whole thing up easily.

The key to selling affiliate products using podcast interviews is to ask the right questions. It works much better if you've already bought and used the product, so you're familiar with how it works and any limitations it has.

During the interview itself, make sure you mention your affiliate link. Also write a short description of the podcast on your blog post and put your affiliate link there.

2) Write a Complete Product Review

This is not something new, but it's rarely done by most of the new affiliate marketers I've come across promoting my own products and other people's products that I happen to be promoting as well.

A product review is not a sales pitch, so avoid making it sound like you're totally in love with the product. If it's really that good, maintain your enthusiasm but do let your readers know on it's limitations as well.

To increase the clicks on your affiliate links, include screenshots of the product (if it's a software) to let people get an insider's view of how it works and the results that can expect from it.

If it's an e-book or information product, let others know the results you've observed and recorded from using the techniques or secrets mentioned. Everyone loves something that works, but most people will wait to see if it works for others before deciding to buy it.

3) Presell With a "How To" Article

A "How To" article teaches people how to solve a specific problem or achieve a specific result. In your article, start with the problem or desired outcome, and give specific step and action that need to be taken to solve it.

Somewhere towards the end of the article, mention about how a specific software can help your readers automate or skip some of the steps mentioned in your article. Once people have discovered the solution, they still may not want to do it all by themselves. If the software you're talking about helps them do it faster or easier, they will definitely consider buying it.

Your goal is to presell the benefit of using the software, and lead them to the affiliate product page. Don't make your article a sales pitch or this method will not work as well. People want to buy, but they don't want to be "sold".

Try to work on a Wordpress platform as your blogging tool, as it allows you much more control and flexibility in promoting affiliate products, especially when your "catalog" of affiliate products grows significantly.

Using these three strategies alone, you can make a significant income promoting affiliate products. Focus on these and affiliate marketing from your blog becomes so easy you won't believe the results.

Achieving Success With Internet Business by Obinna Heche

If you do not know already, the internet is a place where you can earn money. The internet is not simply just the information super highway, it is also todays highway to success. If one masters how to use the internet for business purposes, a solid foundation for future wealth will have been laid.

You may have already heard some of the Internet age success stories. You may have read or been told about those who built their sites from scratch and later sold out for millions, even billions of dollars. While it may be difficult for you to duplicate the level of financial success that they have had, it does not mean that you should not try. The results of such an effort, after all, may still make you rich and give you a deep sense of fulfillment.

Internet marketing provides you with a way to supplement your income in ways that were simply not possible before. These days, you can start your own internet business with less than $300 dollars. Chalk it up to the wonders of the modern capitalist economy but that relatively small amount can be enough to start you on the road to financial freedom if you play your cards right.

There is practically no limit on what you can do over the internet to make some money. You can join an affiliate program, get involved in multi level marketing, engage in online trading of stocks, bonds, or commodities buy and sell items, and sell your freelance services.

In fact, many of the possibilities for money making in the outside world are available over the internet, a fact that you should definitely remember. If you are already doing something in the outside world that is making you money, you might want to apply the same to the internet, where potential customer base is inevitably larger.

Do not rush into choosing what you will do to make money online. Take the time to step back and assess what is available to you. While enthusiasm is certainly important, nothing beats rationality when it comes to becoming an online internet business success.

First, choose something that coincides with your skills and level of interest. This will ensure that you will not only have a good attitude when it comes to your work, it will also mean that you will be able to apply the needed expertise.

Second, find people who can help you. There is no such thing as a rich man who got rich alone. If you really wish to be successful, you have to learn to leverage the people around you for better growth,

Lastly, try to choose a business that will create streams of residual income. This way, you will not have to work hard for every single penny you earn. Instead, a one time effort will produce for you a lifetime of gain, one of the great secrets of becoming rich.

How To Profit From Writing Ebooks by Matt Jackson

Informational products offer excellent advantages to readers. The convenience of being able to purchase an ebook and have it delivered immediately is a massive draw to Internet users. Ebooks have become so popular that there is a multitude of websites offering nothing more than page after page of ebook. And, if you visit Ebay and type in Ebook you will see exactly how popular they are. The fact is that just about any information on any topic can be found in ebook format.

Writing an ebook is a feasible way to make some money online. With people literally crying out for them it is little wonder that there are now many avenues to market your product. For anyone that can write and has either existing knowledge on a topic or the propensity to do some accurate research writing and selling ebooks is a genuine business model. The hardest part is sifting through the opportunities and finding the right channel or channels to market your ebook.

Ebay

This is probably the biggest ebook marketplace there is. At the time of writing this article a quick search on Ebay.com for the term "ebook" displays nearly 10,000 open auctions and a further 1,267 Ebay stores that specialize in electronic books. If you do the search yourself then you will notice that the majority on Ebay are based on online moneymaking topics and rarely sell for more than a few cents. This is partially because very few original titles are ever listed but also because so many people attempt to sell similar ebooks through the Ebay channel. Unless you have something unique, appealing, and offering true value for money it can be difficult to make a reasonable amount without having to sell thousands upon thousands of copies.

Ebook Stores

There exist, on the Internet, a large number of ebook stores. Some specialize in electronic copies of existing paper publications. These necessitate a publisher to contact the store in order to come to an agreement and are unlikely to be the type of thing you are looking for. On the other hand, sites like Lulu.com will publish your ebook and create a sales page that you can market. They also receive a good amount of traffic so you may make some sales from window shoppers.

Consider contacting other ebook stores to ask if they would be interested in selling your ebook. Niche topic stores are generally a good place to start and as long as you agree to sign over a portion of the sale value you shouldn't find it too difficult to find partners using this method.

Your Own Website

If you have an established website and your ebook covers a related topic then set up a new page and sell it directly through your own site. You get to retain all the profits this way but you also have to pay for any marketing, hosting, and other fees associated with your site.

Setting up a new website is a possibility but can be impractical. A website does not market itself and simply putting a page on the web offering your ebook for sale will not automatically result in sales. You will need to market your new site through one of several methods. PPC advertising can bring instant traffic to a site but it can prove costly. This cost must be more than offset by the profit you make. Another alternative is search engine optimization (SEO) but the major drawback of this method is that it can take considerable time before you start seeing results.

Find A JV Partner

A JV or Joint Venture partner enters into an agreement with you to sell your ebook in exchange for a commission per sale. You may have to pay a reasonable amount for every sale but you do not need to worry about marketing, accepting payments, or delivering the ebook. Find popular websites that operate in your niche, especially those that use email lists or newsletters and email them to ask if they would be willing to enter into a JV arrangement with you.

Join An Affiliate Network

If you have a website and wish to promote your ebook this way consider joining an affiliate network. Webmaster and marketing professionals will link to your site using a special URL. They will subsequently send visitors to your site, a percentage of whom will hopefully buy your book. The percentage offered to affiliates can range quite wildly but obviously the more you can offer the more people will attempt to sell your ebook. The benefit of this method of marketing your product is that it is performance based only. The only time you pay an affiliate is when a sale is made because of their efforts.

Clickbank

Clickbank is a form of affiliate network that specializes solely in electronic products such as ebooks. It operates in much the same way as an affiliate network. Webmasters publish a link to your sales page on their site and earn a commission whenever your product is sold because of that link. Clickbank is one of the most popular programs on the net because it attracts very effective marketers and offers a secure way to do business.

Sell Your Service

If you are able to research any topic and work to deadlines you might also consider offering your service to others as a freelance ebook writer. Selling ebooks isn't the only way that they can be used. Some sites give them away as promotional items or to attract people to join newsletters and mailing lists.

Ebooks For Cash

Selling ebooks can be a potentially profitable way to spend your time online. Finding a niche to corner is the best solution, especially to start with. Eventually you should be able to build up a name for yourself and subsequently gain a following. It can take hard work and serious perseverance to truly make it a success but in the long run it could be worth it.

Affiliate Marketing - Is it Profitable, or Just More Hype? by Charles Essmeier

The last dozen years or so have seen the Internet explode from a small network of computers that interested only computer science students to an indispensible tool that nearly everyone uses daily. The Internet has become a vital conduit for information, communication and business. While business that adapted their sales model to the Internet benefited early on, the market has become more competitive in recent years. This has led to an excellent opportunity to make money helping business make sales. That opportunity is known as affiliate marketing.

Affiliate marketing is a system where a company that wishes to sell a product enlists the help of owners of other Websites. These owners can provide links or advertisements to the seller's products, and if a visitor clicks on the ad or link and makes a purchase, the seller shares a portion of the revenue with the advertising site. The system works well for both parties, as the advertising site is devoting little time and space to a money making opportunity and the seller is only paying advertising fees if the product actually sells.

Is it possible to make a living via affiliate marketing? Thousands of individuals claim to do so, and many have established Websites of their own to explain how they did it. For most people, however, affiliate marketing provides a supplementary income. A good example of the latter is the Google Adsense program, which allows Websites to share space which Google fills with advertisements that are related to that site's own content. If a visitor clicks on an advertisement, the owner of the site receives a small payment. The payment may be small, but multiplied by hundreds or thousands, it can add up to significant revenue. Other popular products that make use of affiliate marketing are downloadable electronic books, known as ebooks, or computer software.

For those who are new to affiliate marketing, a bit of research is in order. Two of the largest companies that manage affiliate programs are Clickbank and Commission Junction. A visit to either of their Websites can provide the novice with additional information about how their programs work and how they can be put to use. Both sites offer extensive information about how their programs work and how to make use of them. With a few clicks of the mouse, even someone who is new to affiliate marketing can be well on his or her way to making some extra money.

Affiliate Marketing Without A Website by Morris Trahan

Time and time again, internet marketers have claimed that to do business in the World Wide Web, you'd need your own website. Your own website, they say, is your headquarters in cyberspace. It's your very own digital store where you could lead potential customers and where you offer the products you have for sale.

Though it's true that having your own website can greatly aid you in your quest to achieve success in the online field, a website is not the end all and be all of internet salesmanship, particularly in the line of affiliate marketing. Yes, you could make a living online as an affiliate even if you do not have the benefit of your own website!

How is this possible? How can this be done? Read on, dear friend, as we discuss alternative strategies that will allows you to make the most out of your affiliate marketing campaigns without having your own webpage on the net.

Affiliate marketing is a program whereby the affiliate can earn some generous commissions for every successful sale they manage to refer to the affiliate merchant. The affiliate's task is merely to pre-sell the affiliate merchant's goods. The sales page, the payment processing, the digital delivery, and post sales services shall be the responsibilities of the affiliate merchant.

The affiliate only has to refer people to the affiliate merchant's sales page. This can be done by making people click on the affiliate links exclusively provided for the affiliate. Now, these affiliate links are very important. They are like the markers for the affiliate program. They will tell the system that a visitor was actually referred by the appropriate affiliate.

Marketing the affiliate merchant's goods without the benefit of a website entails marketing the affiliate links in a variety of channels that would serve the affiliate in lieu of a website of his own. This can be done through the following techniques:

Article marketing. We all know how powerful affiliate marketing can be in link building campaigns. But instead of providing for links to your own website, you could provide your affiliate links instead. Article directories allow you a resource box per submission, where you could tell your readers about yourself as well as leave a link of your choice. Now, you have to remember that some article directories do not allow affiliate links in the bodies of the articles themselves, but affiliate links are perfectly allowed in the resource box. Forum marketing. Online communities, or forums, are likewise great channels where you could promote your affiliate links. Membership in pHp 2.0 based forums gives you a signature box where you could advertise your links. Use this to advertise your affiliate links. For every post you will make, your signature box would appear. Post a thousand messages, and you'll have a thousand pages advertising your affiliate links! Want to know the forums which are relevant to the subject serviced by the affiliate products you're promoting? Advertise in eZines. This may cost you some cash, as many eZines charge for advertising space. Nonetheless, you could expose your affiliate links to highly targeted prospects using this approach. Imagine if the eZine has a list of 10,000 people. You'd immediately be able to reach 10,000 quality leads with one advertisement. Again, you don't need a website. Simply use your affiliate link in your ads.

The absence of your own website is never a bar to online success. Most of the strategies we have discussed here can be accomplished without spending a single cent. If you do not have the financial resources to register a domain or to subscribe to a web hosting service, you could still achieve success with affiliate marketing. Joining an affiliate program is free. Promoting your affiliate links can likewise be availed of without any charges. Good luck!

3 Easy Ways To Get Started In Affiliate Marketing Without A Website And Money by Gerardas Norkus

Have you noticed yet that more and more people around the world want to work from home and make money online?

Have you ever wished you could just wake up whenever you want, have a cup of coffee, turn on your computer, work for a couple of hours online, and then spend your time with your family and hobbies? Indeed, working from home gives a lot of benefits, freedom and income.

However, many people wrongfully think that making good money online requires a website and huge investment. Here's a fact: you can start making hundreds of dollars per month within weeks with no upfront fees and even without a website.

How?

Affiliate marketing allows you to earn commissions for selling other people's products or services online. As you study every word of this article you will become amazed at how easy it will be for you to get started earning cash on the Internet because you can join any affiliate network at no cost.

For example, you can join Clickbank:

http://www.webmastertools4u.com/cgi-bin/jump.cgi?ID=4

In order to learn more about marketing Clickbank products, make sure to read their website, FAQs and information in your member's area.

Then go to Clickbank's "Marketplace" and browse the categories that interest you. When you find a product that interests you, visit it's pitch page and read the sales letter. I even suggest you buying the product that interests you. You'll understand why this will increase your affiliate earnings by the time you finish reading this article.

When you find a product that you would like to promote, press on the "Create Hoplink", enter your nickname that you have entered when joining Clickbank and create your affiliate link (hoplink) which you will be marketing on the Internet at no cost.

In order to make money online, you'll have to promote your affiliate link by using any of the 3 methods that don't require a website:

1) Forum posting 2) Article writing 3) Pay-per-click (PPC) search engine marketing

But before you can start using any of the above methods, I must warn you that each of them requires your time and work. If you think that it's easy money, you'd better go watch TV or keep browsing the Internet.

But let me confess something: If you are like me, and if you are ready to put some time and effort, in the next few minutes you're going to learn how to transform your life and start making cash on the Internet by marketing affiliate programs.

Marketing your affiliate link via forums

One of the easiest ways for beginners to earn affiliate commissions is to post comments in forums related to the product that you have chosen to market.

Now follow my path. All you have to do is go to your favorite search engine and find online forums related to the theme of your product. Create an account at each forum. Then go to update your profile and create a signature with your Clickbank hoplink. You can do that later after you have done some comment posting and see how other marketers use their links in their signatures.

Then you should browse the topics where you can provide useful tips and answers to the questions that people ask. If you have bought the product that you want to promote and you are happy with it, you should tell others about it's benefits and how it helped you.

Consider this that it's not enough to post a couple of comments and expect to earn thousands in commission. You should select several forums that interest you and keep visiting them and posting comments for at least a month. Try not to sell your product but help people. When you have posted hundreds of comments, people will treat you as an expert and the sales will start rolling in.

After you have spent some time posting comments to forums, you should notice that some topics and questions are asked again and again. If you already know how to help people, you should start writing articles and promote your affiliate links in them.

Affiliate marketing using article distribution

In order to get started you should visit some article directories, for example:

http://www.ezinearticles.com or http://www.isnare.com

Find articles that deal with the topic of your product and read them. Notice the "Author Bio" section at the end of most articles? It's the place where you'll market your affiliate link too.

But before you can start marketing, you should write your article. It's really easy. Don't say that you cannot write. If you can post comments in forums, you can write articles!

Simply, think about helping people, about the problems they try to solve in forums.

Now take a sheet of paper and start writing. The articles don't have to be long. Just describe the problem and how it should be solved.

Then register with some article directories, write your "Author Bio" section with your hoplink and submit your article.

For maximum results, try to write and submit at least one article per day for at least one month. If readers love your articles, they'll visit your link and buy from you. Webmasters will publish your articles on their websites and newsletters. At the end of the month you should see some affiliate commission in your Clickbank account.

Pay-per-click search engine marketing

When you have received your first checks from Clickbank, you should consider promoting your product using pay-per-click search engines. However, notice that this method requires payment for each click and may be quite complicated for beginners.

Some PPC search engines may even give you a sign-up bonus of up to $200, so it's worth doing a research online and signing up.

In order to increase your affiliate earnings, you should also consider learning how to mask your affiliate links and how to track which marketing methods provide the most revenue.

You should also try to join other affiliate networks and promote different products and services.

As you can see, you can start making money online quickly, even if you don't have any money or website. Don't give up too soon, find and read more information about affiliate marketing and your success is guaranteed!

Affiliate Marketing Mistakes And How To Avoid Them by Carol King

One of the fastest ways to begin a home based internet business is with affiliate marketing. Becoming an affiliate is fast it's free and you can begin earning within a very short time. What does an affiliate marketer do? Well, they promote people products and or services in exchange for a commission. Let me give you an example. Say John Doe writes an ebook called 'Best gardening tips,' he would have his own website and he would be selling the book via Clickbank. In order to generate more sales John Doe would use his website to advertise for affiliates. Along comes Carol King and sees the ad for affiliates on John's site. Carol already has a Clickbank account so she decides to become an affiliate. Carol signs up and is give a special link that she will use to promote John's Gardening Tips ebook. The link that is given to Carol contains her nickname. Carol chooses the nickname when she registers her account at Clickbank.

Carol now goes away, armed with her affiliate link and advertises it in as many different places as possible. How does Carol make money? By generating sales. Carol is advertising the link given to her by John, now whenever someone sees Carol ads and purchases a copy of John's book, the sale is registered to Carol through her nickname and she earns a commission.

Simple? Well it can be if you know how to go about it. It is possible to earning a good living as an affiliate, but you must arm yourself with the correct information before you begin. Unfortunately there are many mistakes made by affiliates that prevent them from ever getting paid. Here are some of the more common ones.

Falling For The Hype There are many so called 'get rich quick' schemes out there and they tend to do a very good job of convincing people that they can get rich by doing nothing. If you do nothing, you will receive nothing. Period. As an affiliate marketer you do not have to own a product, you do not necessarily have to own a website, you do not have to deal with the hassles of shipping stuff to people or worry about handling payments, but you do have to actively, continually and consistently promote the product. Which means having a working knowledge of marketing. So yes, you do have to do some work if you want to make money.

An Unfocused Attack Pay-per-click, traffic exchanges, forums, article writing, blogging and classified ads. There are many different advertising mediums out there and if used correctly they can be extremely effective. The trap that many beginners fall into is thinking that they have to do all of them at one time and master them as well. If you are currently trying to use or master all of these methods you are going to find that you will never sleep, you will probably max out your credit cards and you will not have any profits to show from it. Focus, plan your attack and then execute it. Decide before you start what your goals are, decide how you are going to go about your marketing and decide what results your looking for. Knowing what you want to achieve, how you are going to get there and what your results should be, will force you to focus on the task at hand and you are far more likely to get the desired results.

Getting Left Behind Affiliate marketing is an ever-changing game and if you want to remain successful you must roll with the changes. I beg you do not sit back and relax just because you are seeing some profit, you must keep moving forward, take time to learn about new and developing trends actively seek out new strategies so that you will not get left behind.

Promoting The Wrong Product Choosing the wrong product to promote can mean instant failure for any affiliate. The decision you make is a critical one. If you are choosing a Clickbank product here are a couple of things to bear in mind. Do not choose the most popular product there; the competition will be far too great for a beginner. Do not choose a product that is offering less that 50% commission, after all you do want to make some money. Do not go for products with commission rates over 80%, this usually means that the product is not selling well and the owner is desperately trying to attract affiliates in order to get some sales. Do some research; find out if the product is in high demand, there is no sense in promoting a book about Dog Training if most people are searching for a book about Potty Training.

Lack Of Creativity Most likely the affiliate program you are promoting has given you some of the tools you need to get started. Just because you may be told what to do, step-by-step that does not mean that those are the only steps you can take. As I mentioned before there are many types of advertising out there, be innovative be a leader, take your time and try out various methods of advertising, find out what works for you. Don't just take what is handed to you. Learn, apply, earn.

If you can avoid these costly mistakes, you will make it as an affiliate, be patient success will come, but not overnight.
